The same is true if you played around with bundle Is there an option in Vortex to install a mod from an archive (kinda like NMM had)? Or an option (as with MO2) to just drag an archive into the interface? I've only used NMM and MO2, so I don't know. Either way, you should be able to download the mods you want from LL and then manually "install" them to Vortex, then take it from there as normal
